We haven't detect this, but as long as you have different copies and meshes are not being only instances then when you modify UVs then you will modify for the current selected object only, don't modify original meshes cause this will affect all references.

We are reviewing this and working on fixing some issues on Mac.

the UV transformation tab now will only apply changes to selected faces when vertices are not actually shared by neighbor triangles 

We have fixed the Pan, new UV editor features will be added once we get consent from the community on the current GameDraw state =)

It seems Unity stopped drawing custom GUI on top of the scene view and a layout reset was needed to overcome the issue :)
