Paint Texture scroll bug

Think I found a bug in Paint Texture with scroll bars or a paint bucket tool and other drawing tools leak to the screen.

How to reproduce:
Edit UV's
UV Editor
Paint Texture window
click on paint bucket or draw tool
when I click on the scroll bars to scroll the windows up/down/ left/right it paints the window with the current color or draws.

also paint bucket leaked out of lines that look solid with no breaks.
