grid snapping

Hi, are there any plans on implementing auto snap to grid for vertices, objects etc.? Thanks

Yes there is a plan for improvements.

 however you can use Unity's built-in snapping by holding down Control Key while moving, rotating or scaling, the snapping settings can be customized from Edit->Snap Settings

Does this feature work on the Mac version? I'm evaluating the free one at the moment and that's one of the few drawbacks.

Yes it works! it is the built in snapping of Unity and it should work normally

This would be a really handy feature. Although we can use the Unity snapping feature, its a right pain to keep changing the settings as there is no shortcut for this.


It would be really handy if you supported snapping within GameDraw or MXD Edit. This would be nice to use within the edit section of the tool, for example when moving vertices or extruding faces.


GameDraw is very powerful, but this would make it so much easier to create assets in a uniform scale!
